Waterford Technologies Expands it’s UK Sales Team
Waterford Technologies is pleased to announce that Richard Vere Hoose has joined our UK Team (Corporate Sales -EMEA). Rick has over 12 years’ experience in the IT and ICT Space. Prior to that, he was also involved in the banking sector.
Rick possesses skills of adaptability and leadership. This is supported by his past experiences working as a Territory Manager and training of sales staff for International companies such as Avaya and BT as well as helping to grow sales and sales team within the UK with companies such as Alternative Networks.
Rick has a unique and clear focused approach in regards to sales as he believes that “Modern day business hasn’t changed much in that it is activity based and those that are successful are those that are the busiest”, he continues on to say “it is also about having a collaborative approach, looking at business issues, whilst matching the skills and solutions to drive my clients business forward, showing true USP’s whilst showing true ROI”. Rick believes that by implementing this approach, “the by product is a win – win, resulting in target attainment and business growth”.
He is an individual who is passionate about sales and all that it entails; he is new business focussed but relishes any opportunity’s to develop skills in both New Business and Account management.
Outside the workplace, the majority of his time is spent with his 3 children and any other spare time he does have, is spent riding his Harley Davidson which is a passion of his.
